Once you have decided to outsource your work, say for example developing a new website, you need to find the right people to work with. You can find your perfect partner by browsing the net or through reference as well.

The Contact

The first step is contacting the organization you have chosen. In most of the sites you will find an inquiry form or details in the ‘Contact Us’ page. You simply have to fill out the form and send it. Within few hours or a day, the company’s people get in touch with you. They either send you an email or give a call back.

Your Requirements

Next you provide them with all your requirements for your website. The team gets back to you with an estimated cost for your website after which you can decline it or accept it to go ahead. Once approved, a complete study of your project is done by the outsourced company and a project plan is laid down.

Pricing

A final price for the project is agreed by both the parties and a firm ‘go ahead’ is given at this stage. Your partner then sends you a proposal (when required) listing out all your project requirements clearly. If you need a contract to be signed you can avail that too.

Beginning your project

Once the project is finalized, a team or the resources needed are allotted to make sure your project goes on smoothly. Meeting is held to put everything in place and kick start the project.

Reports and Updates

Your project is monitored regularly by the team and the project manager. You will be receiving constant reports and updates. You can give in your inputs and feedbacks whenever needed.
